ArabShop is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables users to create, manage, and customize online stores, process orders, and integrate with third-party tools.

You are responsible for the content, products, and services you list in your store.

ArabShop provides technical tools but does not act as a seller, broker, or guarantor of your products.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

ArabShop offers free and paid subscription packages, billed according to the plan you select.

Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners.

All fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Packages are automatically deactivated if not renewed before expiration.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for subscription fees once payment is processed.

Exceptions may apply only in cases of double-charging or technical errors.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their data practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

ArabShop provides services “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or damages arising from the use of our platform.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the last 3 months.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
